In the surf town of Ericeira, Portugal, Saints Studio merges architecture, interior design, and construction with the untamed elegance of the Atlantic. Founded in 2014, this multidisciplinary studio brings together a curated collective of creatives, designers, architects, and artisans — all united by a shared passion for crafting spaces that embody slow living by the sea.

Led by creative director Petrina Reddy and engineering partner Gonçalo Santos, the studio’s ethos is rooted in creating environments that deepen the connection to coastal life. Every project reflects this philosophy — designing not only spaces, but entire ways of living. From beach villas and intimate retreats to hospitality spaces and bespoke objects, Saints Studio creates timeless, evocative experiences that celebrate the simplicity and beauty of daily life by the Portuguese coast. Here, timelessness is more than a visual quality; it’s a feeling that flows through every detail — from materials to atmosphere — speaks of thoughtful design and a deep respect for place.

Celebrating slow living here means more than an aesthetic — it is a daily practice. The studio tells stories through handmade garments, objects for rituals, and curated furniture. It holds space for travellers passing through while nurturing those who call this place home, intertwining Portuguese and Asian roots with the rhythm of beach culture. The results are quietly transformative, inviting guests and residents alike into a slower, more intentional way of being.

In Portugal, life doesn’t ask to be rushed, adorned, or reimagined. It simply asks to be noticed.
